At NailedIt.Evertime, we’re committed to delivering a luxury experience from the moment your order arrives. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tried‑on press‑on nails.

We offer a 14‑day return window for change‑of‑mind returns on unopened, unused items that are still in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unopened
  • Packaging must be intact (no tears, dents, or damage to the box sleeve)
  • Your Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase

Items returned outside the 14‑day window will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nailediteverytime.com and provide your order number & reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
 
Sale items (marked down items) and items sold on promotion (through the use of discount codes upon checkout) are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.

No direct exchange is offered. Once we've received your return, we will issue a voucher equivalent to the amount paid for the item(s). 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable & we do not cover the cost of returning the items, however our returns address is Australia-based
