committed to delivering a luxury experience from the moment your order arrives.
We want you to love your press‑on nails as much as we do. This policy outlines
your rights and our obligations clearly and honestly because you deserve to know exactly where you stand.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right for you. We offer a 14‑day change‑of‑mind return window as a goodwill gesture.

Important: Due to strict hygiene
standards, we are unable to accept returns on any press‑on nails that have been
opened, tried on, or used. This is a standard industry practice to protect the
health and safety of all customers.

To be eligible for a change‑of‑mind return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be completely unworn, unused, and unopened

• The original packaging must be fully intact — no tears, dents, or damage to the box or sleeve

• The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of your delivery date

• Your order number must be provided as proof of purchase

• You must contact us first at support@nailediteverytime.com before sending anything back

Items returned outside the 14‑day window, or without prior approval, will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at your cost.

ℹ️  Please note: Return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns are at your expense. Our returns address is Australia‑based.

How to Start a Return

To initiate any return, please
follow these steps:

•     Step 1 — Email us at support@nailediteverytime.com with your order number and reason for return.

•     Step 2 — Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and our returns address.

•     Step 3 — Package your item securely and send it to the address provided.

•     Step 4 — Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect,
please contact us immediately at support@nailediteverytime.com with:

•     Your order number

•     A clear description of the issue

•     Photographs of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will assess the issue promptly. Depending on the nature of the fault:

•     For a major failure — you may choose a full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement.

•     For a minor failure — we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or size, please follow the return process and place a new order.

For change‑of‑mind returns on eligible (unopened, full‑priced) items, a store credit voucher will be issued once your return is received and approved.

For sale items or items purchased using a promotional discount code:

•     These items are not eligible for change‑of‑mind refunds.

•     A store credit voucher will be issued for the amount paid, if the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome within 2–3 business days.

If your refund is approved:

•     Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days of approval.

•     Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@nailediteverytime.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change‑of‑mind returns. However, if your item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged, original shipping costs may be refunded as part of your remedy.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchases made using a gift card carry the same ACL consumer guarantee protections as any other purchase. If a faulty item was purchased using a gift card:

•     For a minor failure — a new gift card will be issued for the value of the returned item once approved.

•      For a major failure — you are entitled to choose a refund (issued as a new gift card to the value paid) or a replacement.

Return Shipping

Our returns address is Australia‑based, making returns simple and cost‑effective for Australian customers.

•     Change‑of‑mind returns: Return shipping is at your expense.

•     Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping once the issue is
confirmed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. NailedIt.Everytime is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
